January 25, 2014: Training has started for my next half marathon, which is only 2 weeks away. This is the first long run of the season and the longest I have run since The Giant Race in August. My goal for this run was 6 miles. The first 4 miles were pretty good, but after that was challenging. I did not pack anything to refuel and ended up exhausted. I ran a total of 8.80 miles in 1:54:55.
